We’ve added links to this helpful guide on most of the garphub.org pages, including information on what is NOT in GARP. Please download this guide so you can feel confident in making the most of the GARP modules from the outset.
Seamlessly Jump Between Modules
If you haven’t noticed it already, we’ve added links so now you can effortlessly jump from one module to another while viewing a specific grant. You will find these links on the Grant Profile pages in each of the modules, in the Actions panel.
These are available when viewing all State Fire and Volunteer Fire Program grants in the Cross Program ARM, Landscape ARM, Community ARM and Response ARM.
Pro Tip! When using the links, use your mouse to right-click and select ‘Open in New Tab’ so you don’t lose your place in the starting module.
Note: this feature is not applicable for CWDG grants because these grants are not integrated with any other module outside the Community ARM.
Clarifying Reporting by ‘Calendar Year’
Confused about fiscal years vs. calendar years for your federal grants? Although federal grants are ‘funded’ by the federal fiscal year, ALL ACCOMPLISHMENTS REPORTING PERIODS ARE BASED ON CALENDAR YEARS AND QUARTERS.
To help remind you of this, we have added the letters “CY” to numerous locations in the GARP modules, such as when adding new reports, or when viewing the Reporting or the SFP and VFP Dashboard pages in Cross Program ARM.
